SENSE OF PLACE
DECEMBER 2020
Challenged with creating a photo illustration that represents a place, this piece captures the feeling of a summer spent in Washington, DC.
Designed to combine historic black and white imagery from the Smithsonian and personal images to recreate the way I see Washington, DC after a summer spent there interning in a dream role and reconnecting with childhood friend. Below are all of the original images that were taken apart to be put back together.
